Training in Solidarity Learning-Service to Transform Your Classroom and Community

CLAYSS renews its commitment each year to supporting educational institutions, public bodies, and civil society organizations in Argentina and beyond. We provide the tools necessary to implement solidarity service-learning (SSL) through our technical support and comprehensive programmes—delivered in-person, online or via a hybrid format—which create a positive impact on both the communities and individuals involved.

Our training programmes are designed to empower educators, whether you are just beginning to explore this approach or seeking to drive profound institutional change.

We invite you to explore our first-semester offerings:

  1. Transformative Education: The Solidarity Service-Learning Proposal.
    Design for educators at all levels interested in learning the SSL fundamentals and turning the classroom into a space for active social engagement.
    Start date: 6th April. | Duration: Five weeks (25 hours).
  2. Transformation Plan. Keys to Designing Service-Learning Projects.
    A technical workshop on designing high-impact projects, focusing on student leadership and addressing community needs.
    Start date: 11th May. | Duration: Five weeks (25 hours).
  3. Service-Learning in Higher Education.
    Designed for lecturers and administrators seeking to professionalize their SSL approach, strengthening the relationship between academic excellence and the local community.
    Start date: 6th April. | Duration: Ten weeks (48 hours).
  4. Leaders in Solidarity Service-Learning Institutionalization.
    Focused on management strategies for those already familiar with the pedagogy who wish to lead processes that improve educational quality and institutional integration.
    Start date: 9th April. | Duration: Ten weeks (48 hours).

All our courses are online and include live sessions, offering a valuable opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from across Latin America, Spain and the rest of the world.
