The meeting, held during the International Week at the National Secretariat for Education, brought together over 40 members of national networks and institutions from Latin America and the Caribbean, alongside the United States, Spain and Portugal.

In the context of the 21st International Service-Learning Week hosted by CLAYSS, a new meeting of the Ibero-American Service-Learning Network was held on Wednesday 28th August in the White Hall of the Pizzurno Palace at the National Secretariat for Education in Argentina.

Those who represented institutions and carried out solidarity service-learning initiatives in the different countries of the region attended the meeting, both in person and online.

Experiences were shared as usual, and there was a rich exchange of projects and plans to continue working together. The director of CLAYSS, Nieves Tapia, stressed the importance of the RIDAS magazine was highlighted, whose next issue will have Service-Learning Networks as its central theme: https://revistes.ub.edu/index.php/RIDAS. Its call for paper submission is still open (see Opportunities in this newsletter).
