22nd International Solidarity Service-Learning Conference in Buenos Aires.
Organized by CLAYSS from 19th to 22nd August, 2025, the week offers various activities:
- Tuesday, 19th August: Meetings of the SSL Global programme in Catholic Higher Education, Uniservitate, and REDIBAS, the Ibero-American Service-Learning Network. Exclusive activities for members.

IARSLCE Annual Conference 2025. Organized by the International Association for Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement, it will take place on 13th-15th August 2025, in Durban, South Africa. More information: https://www.iarslce.org/2025conference
Migrants and refugees. The Universidad de Villanova, an Augustinian institution in the United States, invites those who are working on projects or activities related to refugees and migrants to the meeting held from 1st to 3rd October 2025 in Rome: “Mobilizing Academic Communities for Action.” The meeting will take place just days before the Jubilee for Migrants and Refugees, which will be held there on 4th and 5th October. VI Uniservitate Global Symposium. “Service-Learning in a Fragile World: Universities Nourishing Peace and Hope,” in Germany. Uniservitate, our solidarity service-learning programme in Catholic Higher Education Institutions, invites you to its sixth edition of the Global Symposium.
Date: 6th and 7th November 2025.
The event is co-hosted by Uniservitate (Porticus and CLAYSS) and the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt (https://www.ku.de/en/). It will be held in a hybrid modality globally: onsite for members of the regional hub of Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East (CEE&ME) and Asia and Oceania (A&O), and online for other regions of the world.
As a multicultural, “polyhedral,” and plural space based on the contributions of the pedagogical approach of solidarity service-learning to holistic education, we invite specialists, authorities, researchers, educators and students from Higher Education Institutions to join us.
