Global Webinar: Launching the Uniservitate Award 2026

The first event of the year for universities, educators, and youth worldwide.

The Uniservitate global network is launching the third edition of its award, which seeks to recognize and highlight exemplary solidarity service-learning projects developed by Catholic Higher Education Institutions (CHEIs) worldwide.

The official announcement will be in a webinar on 29th January at 9:30 am (Buenos Aires time), requiring prior registration at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82980168517?pwd=VZbNboX2seU5pHJPeRH14mQH3zvnHb.1

The Uniservitate Award 2026, “Solidarity Service-Learning in Catholic Higher Education,” is offering two first prizes of €5,000 and two special mentions of €1,000 for each of the seven regions included in the global network, to support their ongoing experiences or initiate new initiatives. The first prize includes a full grant for a coordinating professor and a student to attend the VII Uniservitate Global Symposium held in Rome in October 2026. In addition, this edition introduces a special prize, also for each region, to acknowledge the best institutional solidarity service-learning Programmes. If a high-quality institutional programme is identified, the hub may give it a (1) Institutional SSL Programmes Award worth €5,000 and a trip to Rome for a representative.
