The jury panel met a few days ago to choose the winners of our Latin American Contest for the Audiovisual Recording of Solidarity Education Experiences.
In this fifth edition, 29 educational institutions of all levels and modalities throughout Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela) submitted 44 videos about their solidarity service-learning (SSL) experiences with full presentations.
A panel of SSL, communication and audiovisual design experts evaluated the submissions and made a pre-selection that was then reviewed by a jury of experts from Argentina, Colombia and Ecuador: Sergio Rial, Paula Bruno, Juan Sebastián Nieto Serrate and Sara Jaramillo.
