CLAYSS participates in the 5th Ibero-American Meeting of Arts Education: “Latir, pulsar, devenir [Beat, pulse, become]”

The Organization of Ibero-American States and the arts education programme, Arteducarte, presented the fifth edition of the Ibero-American Meeting of Arts Education: “Latir, pulsar, devenir [Beat, pulse, become]”. The event was held in Quito, Ecuador, at the end of September; its purpose was to introduce cultural rights through good practices in Ibero-American arts education and support arts education as a cultural right in the region.

In this framework, there was a call for submissions of posters on Good Practices in Arts Education in Ibero-America. In addition, the poster for the CLAYSS Support Programme titled “Service-Learning in the Arts” was selected for exhibition during the meeting. Mateo De Urquiza and Pablo Buján (coordinator of the programme) travelled to Ecuador to participate in the event and present their selected work.

Once again, the CLAYSS team contributed to the joint and multiplying work of service-learning around the world.
