Upcoming Events of Interest to the Global Education Community.

VII Uniservitate Global Symposium. Designing Maps of Hope Through Service-Learning. A special invitation to the university community engaged with solidarity service-learning worldwide.  The Symposium hosted by CLAYSS and Uniservitate, in collaboration with LUMSA University, will take place in a hybrid format on 26th and 27th October 2026 in Castel Gandolfo, Italy.

It will bring together scholars, university officials, faculty, national and international church representatives, and students worldwide to share presentations and experiences on solidarity service-learning in higher education.

2026 IARSLCE Conference. IARSLCE, the International Association for Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement, organizes its annual Conference from 11th to 13th October 2026 at Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. Under the theme “The Fierce Urgency of Now: Building Solidarity and Trust amid Emerging Realities,” this global gathering unites scholars, practitioners, community partners, and students in the field of service-learning and community engagement. The 38th Annual National Service-Learning Conference hosted by NYLC (National Youth Leadership Council). It is celebrated in Minneapolis, Minnesota, form 22nd to 24th March 2027, unde the motto: “Picture This: Where Learning Meets Leadership”.
