Since early 2025, part of the CLAYSS team has participated in meetings of the Education Committee, which co-led a working group for this congress, promoted by Sociedad Civil en Red and funded by the European Union.
During the meeting, held on 17th and 18th September, participants discussed and analysed the public policies affecting social organizations today. On Wednesday, our Institutional Relations and Network Coordinator, Luz Avruj, was present at the Education Roundtable, sharing the conclusions of the work carried out over several months alongside other teams that worked on other issues such as Youth Identities, Food Security and Sovereignty, Democracy and Human Rights, Environmental Sustainability, and Health.
This roundtable focused on the relationship between education and work, with different groups and topics: ongoing teacher training, one-to-one guidance, training pathways, skills development, and a multi-sector working group (government, SCO, and companies).
More than 300 people attended this free congress, which required prior registration. It was held partially online and also in person at the Fundación Navarro Viola auditorium in Buenos Aires.
Participants joined online not only from Argentina but also from Spain, Colombia, Chile, Ireland, Mexico, Paraguay, and Peru.
